Believe high-level / strategic civil seevant’s job is to deal w/ the long term. It may be difficult to deal w/ the long term when commander-in-chief leads by tweets guided by moods in turn suggested by chosen advisors w/ deep agendas even as such same are music-chaired in/out I had worked w/ a trump-ish character before and even as I had not been target, direct or otherwise, of ire, it was progressively impossible to make progress due to effect of rule-by-micro-monitoring whilst quick on draw of temper unchained by mood, on others
