<OFF TOPIC>

This is the way that I see it:

Offense- I give the Packer's a slight edge. Denver's running game may be slightly better than Green Bay's, but Green Bay's wide receivers are vastly superior to Denver's. Call the matchup at tight end about even. Elway is a great QB, but Favre is a big game QB (look at last year's Super Bowl).

Defense- Big edge to the Packer's. Denver's defense has been lackluster throughout the playoff's. Pittsburgh drove up and down the field last weekend, but turnovers cost them the ballgame. Green Bay's defense has been a dominant force since their loss to the Colts. It'll be interesting to see what part of the defense the Bronco's decide to attack. I can't find a weak spot. If Green Bay can stop Davis and the running game, I don't know how Elway could compensate for that.

Special teams- I give the edge to the Broncos mainly because Vaughn Hebron has been superlative throughout the season. Both kicking games are solid yet unspectacular.

Final Analysis- Give the points (yes I know it's a lot) and hope that Elway doesn't pull and "Elway" on you.

Working capital:

RMIL Balance Sheet info of RMCW and OVIS combined:

ROCKY MOUNTAIN INTERNATIONAL, LTD.
(Formerly known as Olympus Ventures, Inc.)
COMBINED BALANCE SHEET
AS AT JUNE 30, 1997

(UNAUDITED)
-----------

ASSETS
------

Current assets:
Cash and cash equivalents $ 28,351
Accounts receivable $141,860
Inventory $110,802
------------
Total current assets $281,013

Current liabilities:
Notes payable $145,531
Accounts payable $457,661
------------

Total current liabilities $603,192

This indicates that at the time of the filing, the companies had the ability to pay less than 50 cents for each dollar owed.

Working capital is generally defined as a company's current assets minus its current liabilities. It helps analysts measure a company's ability to operate and pay its bills. The company's working capital without the $5,000,000 in equity infusion via the sale of restricted 144 stock is poor.
