Dan: I agree with you. My first take on this was: How is it that they are "contributing" 10 million to the company. If I bought a million shares at .32 and sold them at .96, I would then have 3 million to buy shares at .64 to sell at 1, and so on. This seems like a pyramid scheme to me not a case of the company directors having "so much confidence in the future that they are willing to put up their own money". Now, if they were putting up 10 million for research and received no additional compensation other than an option to purchase shares on the market, then I would say they are truly doing something significant.

Also, where is the 12 million that Waite is supposed to bring in from another outside investor? Will this guy also get a 3 for 1 stock deal?

I really do hate to rain on everyone's parade, but I really am looking to get even and then get out on this one. There are just too many fishy deals going on, and the price fluctuation sure looks like manipulation, rather than solid investments. Just my opinion.
