It's fun to ponder the possibilities, isn't it? When this QP first started, and based upon reading between the lines of some Mr. Murphy's comments, I too thought we might be looking at some sort of buy back plan. Since then I've decided that with all the company seems to have going for it that a buy back shouldn't be necessary in order to move the price higher. And why use company cash which might be better used for something else? However,if such a plan is coming, it probably would be most effective if it permitted enough flexibility that management could choose to buy shares at depressed prices but was under no obligation to buy shares if the price begins to move up sharply on its own. I suspect just the announcement of a buy back option would be enough to get us out of the doldrums and beyond.

KL,
If its Joe's intention to support the price and not just the repurchase of shares due to the stock being undervalued then I belive their market maker would wait until the stock moves up on good news which is coming and then jump on the bid at the higher level. As you say this will get rid of the flippers and establish a solid base from which Joe could start a new round of M&A/s.

Best Regards
