Rick, The only statement that I errored was it was not purposely was I think when I was told that there were 9.2 million shares it was total shares and not FD which is 12.9 million. As far as the 300,000 to 400,000 shares that is pretty accurate as if you understand what a double print is many trades are double prints so that would add up to 600,000 to 800,000 shares of volume so I stand by that statement. As far as the warrants not all are at 13.7 as some are at 40 cents and I don't believe any have been exercised at this point. Bernard just called me and I told him that if you called to give your call special attention if you want to talk to him. He has been in meetings over the last two days and has not called anyone as they had a phone blackout do to the content of the meetings. He will be available for calls today before he goes to other meetings later on. What you have been told by me has been truthful and it will continue that way. This is why I don't appreciate people saying that I am full of it. Chad Beemer
