ASND: JOSEPHTHAL LYON has reiterated estimate for fiscal year
ending 12/97 of $1.03 on 12/31/97
ASND: OLDE DISCOUNT decreased estimate for fiscal year ending
12/97 from $1.06 to $1.05 on 01/05/98

Morning Glenn.

Given that ASND has already earned .82/share through 3Q, the Josephthal Lyon estimate anticipates only .21 for 4Q. That is below guidance from the company.

The Olde number of .23/share for 4Q (1.05 - .82) is just about what the company has guided, or perhaps a penny above?

When the actual numbers come out, expect the company to do well, to not blow-away the numbers (they guided to about 290MM) but to see a decline in DSO, which will be a good indicator of health going forward.
