Manafort got the jump on Halloween by dressing up as a mobster in failing health for his court appearance today. He was pushed into the courtroom in a wheelchair, wearing only one of a pair of $2500.00 shoes. His lawyer added emphasis to the costume by telling the judge Manafort's health is failing.
