While said general is a very frightened-looking fall-guy it would be injudicious for MBS to get more into missing persons. Too many such murders would lead to a gaol in den Hague and in the meantime very circumscribed travel.

Perhaps a plea bargain would be for the general to say it was all his idea in exchange for a Lt William Calley sentence, for much less murder than Calley's. Or perhaps some time on Hao as for the France government terrorists.
