But you have to have an experimental design that will provide answers to essential questions. And keep in mind we already provide UBI to a vast number of families in the form of refundable tax credits that are prepaid. It is difficult to imagine this works but why not pick a sample of a few hundred and try it? I’ll volunteer.

UBI is just another word for Socialism and another way to steal money from one group to give to another, less productive group. You all need to go back to the basics and relearn economics and mathematics and utility theory. Throw in Psychology and Human Nature in there as well. It's clear none of you understand the basic motivations of human being and how incentives work, much less the math behind how our economy works. Ideas like UBI are just more utopic, wishful thinking, not based in real science or mathematics, nor in an acceptance of the way humans think and act.
