First..... thank you!

for A10..... "Transduced cells were detectable in peripheral blood at levels consistent with dose".

for A4..... Transduced T-cells were detectable in the peripheral blood and expanded transiently, and greater persistence was related to higher T-cell dose

Note that there is no mention of "transient" for A10. And the language for A4 indicates that cells were still observed after a transient expansion in their number??? So, if cells were observed in the periphery for A10 and their presence was continuous throughout monitoring, why would higher doses be expected to be more effective? Upsetting. I was not expecting a miracle, and have no position. Ugh.
