Remember when WHO ranked the best health care system in the entire world 38th below Costa Rica? These "rankings" are piles of shit. If you want to discuss individual freedom issues we can do that. The US' greatest failure is economic freedom which the left have been chipping away at for years. Trump, OTOH, has begun to return freedom and if he gets a strong Congressional win we could see a radical improvement. As to the Nordic countries, you'll notice they don't comment on taxation.
