They're wrong; we should expect (and demand) a complete account (with appropriate redactions), whether or not Trump is involved. We should also expect an attempt to prevent that, even tho nothing says "I did it" quite like "I'm not gonna let you see the evidence against me". We should also expect a redacted version to be leaked to a major newspaper if the report isn't made public.

It's obvious to me. If Mueller's report doesn't come/leak out before the midterms...that means it's a dUd...
