Not unlike many of the most recent posters on this thread you sound very frustrated. I believe it's widely accepted by most of the long term shareholders of ANCR that we will remain at a depressed level through at least another quarter. This does not suggest that going concern issues will once again be raised or that the share price will retest the 2's or 3's as another poster wrote. IMO, and this seems to concur with many industry pros and analysts, i.e. the Gartner Group and Dain-Bosworth that fibre channel products will gain momentum beginning later this year. There remains optimism Ancor will be successful and the share price quarter 4 or into 1999 will revisit the $20's. In the meantime, patience is a virtue. As to Brocade I hope they do well, however, rest assured it's a sure bet their IPO will be lofty and the real winners will not be either Brocade or the investors but the ven cappers as is typically the case.
