CEXP-- CEXP. Solid company. Just offered to buy its (25%) shares back at 10 - 11 1/2 a share. Strong move by mgt. Strong open. Still under $10. I think that once people get the chance to read this over the weekend. There will also be a strong bounce Monday, If it closes under $10 today. This won't happen if the quick reaction big firms get there orders in today. Check it out.
