Jim, You are probably right. I got alot of flak from several already in RADAF at the time of the POW. I apologize if I confused you as associated with them. I hope you don't think the report ran it 50% in that time. As for the IL, it's a line that defines the limit of exuberance in buying. Above the line is irrational exuberance below it is rational exuberance. I teach its construction in a seminar (along with several other goodies that I have come across). It's not really possible to convey the rules for constructing it without visual aid. Since it is a tool that could quickly become discounted if widely known I refrain from showing it to any more than relatively small groups of individual investors. Doug R
