If Calvin Reed had half a brain he would have negotiated a "golden parachute" if he was forced out of VLNC. That parachute would have cushioned his expenses for the near future. On the other hand if left on his own accord and registered/sold some of his holdings the implications are frightening. Please enlighten me if I'm wrong. Neal M.
