Not at all GG. The list was not one that required all to be correct. One error did not falsify the premise.

That was a particular hot button issue I did not want to let slide by. A change if subject.

All the same, such lists are often popular as though lots of things prove something. Quite often I find them to be less true than the argument requires. It's often a "look at all this thrown about so it must be true". Look how 97% of dinkum scientists believe the Global Alarmist theory.

When checking things I often find that where I have direct knowledge the reporter is either bung or dishonest.

That list did look generally good. But I don't know how the blame should be split among Obama, Congress and the Deep State.

Trump touts "economic benefits" as he begins new nuclear arms race with Russia

President Trump has announced the US is withdrawing from the 1987 Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty signed by President Ronald Reagan and Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev.

John Bolton told reporters, "This opens up a new future of nuclear weapons in space in orbit around the Earth. The American position is that Russia is already in violation of this treaty.”

“Russia’s position is that they are not in violation. So one has to ask how to ask the Russians to come back into compliance with something they don’t think they’re violating,” so we're going to move ahead with a new range of 'best in class' space-based intermediate range nuclear missiles able to strike any location on the planet within minutes."

Donald Trump told reporters Monday that the United States would increase its nuclear arsenal until other nations "come to their senses about trade and other issues." When asked if this was intended as nuclear blackmail, Trump responded, "You can take it however you want."

I suppose the hyperbole surrounding that one point is sufficient to discredit the rest of that post.

I assume the "hyperbole" was the baldfaced lie that "The Gulf of Mexico was not only not destroyed, it was barely dinged. The damage was barely detectable unless knowing where to look and looking closely."

It's hard to tell if someone is a pathological liar or simply indifferent to the truth. Who are you going to believe, a mythomaniac or your own eyes?

Cat Island was once one of the four largest bird-nesting grounds in Louisiana. But the Deepwater Horizon oil spill killed the mangroves growing there, destroying the root system that held the island's sediment in place. Since 2010, the 5.5 acre island has been washing away into the Gulf of Mexico, and migratory birds find their home disappearing before their eyes.

It's been nearly five years since the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. More than three million barrels of oil gushed into the Gulf of Mexico. Paul Hunter takes us back to Louisiana.

If you look closely, you can see some oil.
