Single arm, drag it out as long as possible, talk about phase III and a partner... talk is cheap. I want to hear, in best Oxford English.... "we have a partner!" Until then, it's all just polish on "what if?" Getting tired of the staging.... could even be called lecturing. 20 years of under-deliver, and they're out pussy footing around with a single arm trial. Salaries seem to be more important than data from controlled studies. And then they invoke Coffman's name, as a part of the staging!! Actors as much as scientists.
