Pat, CUBE thread is too big to read them carefully, but they seems to
mention Asian situation with CUBE a lot. Right now the whole area
there is in very bad shape including Hong Kong and China, Japan
Korea. I doubt the situation can turn for the better any time soon.
The world is watching.

CUBE chart is making a turn from the low point lately but not particularly strong. 24 is possible, maybe after some fluctuation.
