In my opinion, reply #453 implies a materially false and misleading statement. NASD/SEC monitors, please take notice: . Reply # 453 "You must clearly state that euro was in default as of Dec 31.1997." . At this time, to my knowledge, there simply has been no public release from the Company regarding the affairs of the Company as of December 31, 1997 or subsequent to that date. . Until such time as the Company or its creditors truthfully state that there is a default by the Company -- any such statements published here IMO, amount to nothing more than mere speculation by admitted short sellers of the Company's stock. .
