i was a dodger fan when they were the parent team of our minor league albuquerque dukes. tommy lasorta even coached here in 1972 and won the PCL championship that year. NOW the albuquerque team is the isotopes and the colorado rockies are our parent team in the majors. boston has more than its share of championship, major league teams. i'll wait till the top of the ninth inning of the seventh game before i pick a team to root for in the world series this year... prolly the dodgers. :-)
