Doug: How have you been? If you or anyone else speaks to Brad, Find out what qualifies a shareholder for the stock dividend. As I understand those that show ownership as of 1/30/98 will get the dividend. Does that mean if we go out and buy on the 29th and sell it on 2/1/98 we get the dividend. There must be some time frame in which you must have held EUTO to qualify verses just holding the stock for a few days. I find it hard to believe we have a $0.05 stock paying dividends, only in America! I will call you this weekend Doug, PMC and I have our meeting next Friday. CUL, Robert
