South Korea, like Japan, has enough people to be going on with. Worrying about population reduction is as silly as the Club of Rome worrying about the vast increase since 1970. Sure, it was bad in some places where there wasn't economic foundation, but for the most part, such as in China, what was needed was good old fashioned Virtuous Victoria Values such as free enterprise, private and public property protection etc.
