Nobody likes to pay interest (borrow opiates for pleasure now while owing more opiates in the future). If the Brazilians want to develop quickly to enjoy the good things in life (opiate release) they must borrow money (accumulated opiates) from the Chinese who worked hard for their money(opiates) and did not use their opiates yet. The Chinese have enough opiates to lend some for future increased opiate release while using only some of the opiates in the here and now (buying German cars)
