All, I personally find this volley of barbs and banter between Valuespec and others a major waste of my time, and do not see any benefit that can be derived from continuing this appalling display of juvenille antics. I welcome scrutiny of Franklin or any other company by anyone, if it in fact has merit. Valuespec started out on the wrong foot, and stated some misinterpreted information, for that he is wrong. But he has also touched on some of the same questions that remain unanswered and continues to hold Franklin hostage as a speculative situation. Don't take me wrong, I clearly do not agree with Valuespec's delivery, nor do I agree with his assessment. But it is wrong to chastize anyone for having legitimate concerns. Others in the past have also expressed concerns over lack of revenues and the ability of Franklin to survive within a highly competitive environment. I too keep my eye on the ball with respect to the above, as should everyone. Nobody ever said that Franklin was a sure thing, only that we believe that it represents a tremendous prospect to succeed. What is offensive is when those of us that have performed relentless research over the past three years are besieged with Johnny come lately's that want to tell us about our investment, then mistate facts or misrepresent what we know to be otherwise. It is my way of thinking that it may be a lot better approach to meet these people head-on with what we believe to be the facts, rather than scorn them as lepers. This way it gives us a better chance in helping others to understand this intricate weave of multi-facted prospects known as Franklin Telecomm. So if Valuespec would be kind enough to take the time to thorougly research Franklin, I and hopefully others would be happy to debate those issues that are of concern. nuf said rb
