AWLT ... Mark Shultz is no longer and HAS NOT been representing AWLT for a while. Also MS nor Hymen Orlan have any shares UNLESS they have bought them. AWLT have just tripled their Revenues. This final Acquition is now allows them to move forward with theri already knee deep marketing plan. The website and price list is underconstruction. The 800 number is established for intrnetinal buying and the TV marketing is underway. Presently the Accountants of Goldburg, Rosenburg, & Freelander are doing the audited financials for the 10K however with each acquistion they are slowed down. The company said the finacial should be audited by the end of the month and the filing by nid to en of February. The outstanding shares is approx. 15M and the float 7M.

Thanks

Gary

CRONUS CORP. otc is CRON. Who made the original post about Cronus and its write up in Harvard Equity research? Thank you for the post! News release on Jan. 12, 1998 shows Cronus is running around $40,000 a month income based on 25% of the Lake End Field leases. The other 75% are to be producing by end of January, 1998. That makes some good cashflow!
If the $2.9 million debt is truly discharged, as mentioned in Sept. 1997, SEC filings, there is not much debt.
Ian Collins at (310) 372-3225, does investor relations. There are 14 million shares outstanding as of Sept. 97 SEC report.
There are some very interesting acquisitions still in the pipeline. The Strategic Consulting (SCI) is not a dead issue and would add some real punch to the numbers. The address for their web site is www.cronus.com. My memory of the original post is Harvard Equity thinks the stocks is headed for the $3 range sometime by summer.
