MIKE: Sorry I'm just sick of comparing apples and oranges.A proven approved therapy being compared to a substance with no significant track history and only anecdotal support.I'vs said all along oral phentolamine was a joke and I believe this will be born out,I also believe oral sildenafil will flop. Muse hasn't even begun to perfect its drug combinations but once they do expect results approaching injectables while the localized side effects diminish.Without doubt targeting the end organ will prove to be the therapy of choice. By the way Lee very tactfully chose not to slam the competition.The rumor regarding Pfizers need for additional studies has been floating around awhile now.I for one hope its false so the drugs real effects will finally be seen and approval will allow me to prove my point.
