This is the original info base on my posting yesterdat re shorting stocks and how to minimize the impact on your favorite stock. With the number of shares posters hold I think we could have a good protective impact for FTEL.

Unless Frank gave each examining company a couple dozen DVGs to test, at what point do they get on with it? They can save $25k/year or more per pair of DVGs. Why wait? I doubt if Franklin would shoot a mail carrier trying to return a DVG. <GGG>
