George : Nothing wrong with selling something you beleive in. I have yet to find anyone who found the article fair. You reference my comments on what I got out of the article as worthy like someone who knew nothing about the company could have done the same. "thestreet", this particular reporter didn't sort anything out before hand. Fact is, he was as irresponsible IMO with his comments as the other individual. He sounded very much like two other individuals that harrassed NVX in the past IMO. He also essentially said, she , Liz Greetham doesn't know what she is talking about, here is what I Jesse read into this situation and what NVX is really about. I am flashing a big "cautious" sign. Insider selling because the Mgmt knows NVX is not going to get approval, Dire straights with the FDA, competition has the market, NVX management is misleading you once again and have been doing so since '92.. the FDA will just keep asking NVX for Data and never give them an approval,. Now those are pretty strong statements, insinuations , whatever, not a single one is supportable. That doesn't impress me one iota. This has nothing to do with opposing views or differences of opinion or ones bias. Believe me I will not judge "the street" on one article and one reporter. Right now thou they have a lot of proving to do , show me, before i'd spend a nickel on their service.

George: I want to thank you for your efforts in trying to bring sanity to this thread last week. I completely missed your injection of humor . I am referring to <<<BTW I really think at the company that comes up with a vaccine for oversensitive people will have a great market, if posters at S.I. are typical of investors. Just imagine if there a millions like us out there like, sand or pebbles or even stones. <g> Your XOMA thread is certainly a more sane group. But than I don't think XOMA has had to contend over the past many years with SHORTS that have no way out. Are we "oversensitive"? I know I am , particularly when the media sides with the shorts on arguments that can't be supported IMO. I do appreciate your inputing on the NVX thread. As to "the street" I would like to think you are right. The reporters intentions may have been as you reported them. I'd prefer to think that to be the case. For now thou I'll wait and see what he has to say about NVX after their news release on FDA approval. :-}
