I would be quite surprised if the entire position (whether it be 100,000 or 150,000) shares has not already been sold. In the vast majority of instances insiders first get clearance from the company legal department to sell, then sell the shares through 144, then the trade is reported.

I agree the language is ambiguous but it is precisely the same language that was used when Cal announced the first sale:"...Cal Reed, reported on 11/17/97 the proposed sale of 50,000 shares on 11/14/97 for $393,750 through Morgan Stanley and Co., Inc."

I have attempted to contact the woman responsible for form 144's at States News Service, she has not yet returned my call. I am surprised that a clarification of Cal's status (former CEO) has not yet been reported.
