----->how many times did it goes above that support?
Was busy with other things and didnt notice so I wondered how effective

You must have known I was coming home for a bit, cause your message wasn't ten minutes old when I left the brokers office and stopped here for a change of jackets----getting warmer and I need to go inspect the remodel job..........Voodoo Queen is physic too-----hmmmm

Good question.

The current application from the big box had deifined 953 as support in the preceeding few hours (my post was at 12:xx EST)
It had been broken and the broken support was to become resistance with 20 or so minutes spent beneath it.
That happened.
The 953 was penetrated about an hour or hour and a half later to 955 area (this is from memory as I don't have time to check it out RIGHT now...ggg)
I was away from the market the rest of the afternoon but I did query the program later last night to see if there had been any changes in the opinion from 953 as resistance due to it being broken and some time spent above.
The answer from the box was -----"No change in forecast"
Indeed, the call was correct from that perspective as SPX did close down.

But you do know my reluctance to trade around option expry and earnings annc and a few other times of the market year.
