David, Tom and Larry, checking more Kurlak data, I found Kurlak's last tout on Aug 5th, that "semi industry was good for another 20% rise". It did go up 20% to 60, then fell off, closing at 49.75 on Aug 12, 97. His downgrade was on Aug 13th, before the opening. The stock opened at 44 (gapping down 5.75 points or 11.5%). The following day, MU hit 41.25, a decline of 6.25% from the opening, then up to 46.44 within 4 days of the downgrade, and 12.6% from the bottom. So, it was similiar to the note I posted earlier on the possible moves. If the 28.5 was the low, then the estimates of the past, would put MU at about 30.5 in the next 4 days. Patrick
