Bob: They will do whatever is necessary. If there is no bid price at the time they will amend the agreement and base it on the price of apples, if that is what it takes. You are very wrong, IMO, if you think that this deal will be held up, or stopped, because there is no bid. It is just a matter of renegotiation. I will also add, that IMO, I doubt if very many people really care WHAT the terms are, as long as this squeeze takes place. As long as you buy in and make a profit, none of that matters. al
