Good Day! Milk,

The only thing that comes to mind regarding the low volume on CVIA thus far today is two fold.

First! With the markets closed Monday, it could be that the "long weekend mode" has kicked in already.

Secondly! I think that with all the possible speculation regarding, the REG S scenario, that it would appear that the share price range might very well be in a "holding pattern" until more details regarding the merger/acquisition are conveyed to us. ( Basically a big ??? mark, until we hear more specific details.----Just my opinion!).

If we consider that with Monday being a holiday , that leaves only 10 stock trading days remaining in January ( including today.)

Milk! You made an interesting point in your previous posting. You indicated that the type of CVIA trading volume that we have seen thus far today, historically meant a news release was coming.

I am also of the opinion that your hunch / opinion might be on track.

In a recent posting I indicated that from the feeling that I got from Jack Arnold that some significant CVIA /WOTD Management/Board
Meetings could be taking place before the end of January. Jack also indicated that we might even get a news/progress update resulting from those meetings before the end of January.

If news does come out before the end of January then it is 10 business/trading days ( or sooner) and counting.

Yes! It appears that we have come a long way in a short period of time.

Let's hope we keep going! In the right direction!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.

P.S. Those that guessed that my middle initial was "The Duke" related! You were right "Pilgrim". ( No disrespect towards Pilgrims intended!)
