Shoto ......... the fact Dube hasn't addressed this already, especially given the insignificant cost metrics you bring up .......... suggests something about Dube's leadership and thoroughness in handling business affairs related directly to their tout of being IP incubators through Zen-tech.

The pump machine neglected to keep the vehicle for supposed IP in good standing whilst continuing the pump.
