It looks like the stock has already bottomed out and should move to $8.5 - 9 range soon.

Well, gs, (whoever you are), I sure hope you are right. BTW, I agree with you, so I just loaded up on Jan 2000 5's @4. We shall see.

Del should not be responsible for the short term stock volatile, regardless of its up or down. Borland is definitely doing better today than when he took the realm. In every measurements he beats my expectations. Borland is not a stock covered by most institutions, it is majority owned by many small investors. Its short term up and down mainly is based on greed and fear. At times it is not rational.
At the current price (high 6), as a profitable, decent cash, still growing company. I think Buy and Hold will reward you in not to distant future.
