I agree. I think BOSA is a great value and they pay a dividend. What would their capitalization have to be for institutions to become interested? On the bright side, many investment newsletters are predicting 1998 "the year of the small caps". At any rate, the updside seems huge and I don't see much down side. Lets hope for a takeover.

It's very difficult to turn ones back on these numbers.

However, I think the key question here though is whether the Gateway contract will be renewed or will it end completely in March?

Did the CFO elaborate on this subject at all??

If she states that Gateway is "likely" to renew the contract in it's present form (or better) for at least 6 months, than I would start accumulating here big-time.
If the contract was pre-agreed upon to be for a specified term then, "see you later BOSA", I wouldn't touch it since it's obvious that a large percentage of their revenues are made up of the Gateway deal.

Any comments are greatly appreciated.
