Good luck, bw, I dont know anything about that company. I feel strongly that we have yet to see any significant short squeeze yet. I think we will see a sort of capitulation from shorts at higher levels than here for stocks in this group. HH

Doesnt it scare you when all drillers are up and this one is down? Did you see the news out today about shareholder suits?

I like buying stocks up when market is down, but not down when market is up. Trend reverses itself, this one will be down more. The only reason it is not down more, is industry is up today.

I think this is why: Bayard Drilling named in lawsuit Friday January 16, 11:15 am Eastern Time OKLAHOMA CITY, Jan 16 (Reuters) - Bayard Drilling Technologies Inc said Friday a class action lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court in Oklahoma County, Okla., alleges the prospectus for the company's initial public offering contained misstatements or omissions of material facts. The company said it believes the allegations in the lawsuit are without merit and it intends to defend vigorously the claims brought against it.
