To All, Hraka-- I hope you don't mind but I've scheduled another one on one for you. Skaar-- Concerning the fiduciary duty and the alleged breech. It would appear to me that there is not much question about the breech being real. Common sense says that there has been consistant breech for the last six months if not longer. But I know that common sense and the law are not necessarily synonamous(sp). Art C.- Could you post the transactions today if you get time. It would appear that most of the buys, if that's what they were, have been at .05 and yet the bid has not moved. Boy, I don't know if anyone besides Dan D. and myself has a position in HVSF but what a wild week. I have held on to that thing and averaged down from 7 1/2 to .30 and in four hours it went from .30 to 1.75. I am within $500 of breaking even instead of writing off $10,000. Maybe the same can happen with UMSI. Yeh,right! Been a crazy week. Regards, HG
