Extremely significant. Brown Brothers, Harriman is funded by the smartest of the "smart money" crowd. The only surprise to me is that they've tipped their hand so early; they could have taken just less than 5% and kept quiet for as long as they might have wished to do so.

That filing is not from national healcare.. it is a totally different comapany based in Tennese.. they listed it under the wrong ticker symbol.....
