Mike could I get your comments on a few things?

1.Invested in FGII when it was at 40 and again down here at 22. When it was at 40, one thing that impressed my was the backlog of 132 million Revenue for the last 9 months was somewhere around 80 million.
After the last meeting to approve the issue of stock(2.), the company now says they have a backlog of 500 million. With the new yards, does this represent a years worth of work or longer . For a company that was doing only a little over 100 million in 1 year this seams to good to be true.

2. Why the stock issue increase. A lot of disscusion over on the FGII thread. I tend to think that it will be used for buyout purposes. If this is the case IMHO, a buyout will be soon and not later as the board could have waited until a regular scheduled meeting to tend to this business.

3. Article in WSJ of insiders dumping shares before IPO.
