Grammy,

I'm happy for you. I, on the other hand did not wait. After all
they had clearence for Phase III clinicals; the YAG.Holmium has been
around a while, almost assuring FDA approval. I had known
about the financing before the announcement. I have spoken to Dr.'s
involved in the clinicals, and by ALL accounts this is going to
be one of, probably the best of the treatments for hyperopia.

What reason could I have thought of that would make me think the
price was going lower? It is the favorite stock of Red Chip
Analyst Johnny Svoren, and got an excellant write up in PENN.
Merchant Group. Hyperopia makes up 31% of the population, and
they have more disposible income for this type of procedure then
the myopics who are younger have for the excimer laser.

I have bought in the 4's and again now in the 3's.
Grammy, tell me please, what did you see or know a few months ago
that told you to wait... I would love to know.

Also, do you not beleive this to be a $35 stock by 2000 when FDA
approved? If so, buying in the 4's will make me seem like a genious.

Right now I'm not looking too smart... Into RECY high, APCO high, FAMH high and now SNRS high... Hopefully by 1999 I'll be looking smarter.

I hope you are having a better year...

Skane
