HI Skip, Wayne,

Could FAHN be shorting because they expect strong
competition to RADAF in the electronic hand-held games this
year? Were there any products at either of the Toy
Shows that looked comparable to the RADAF suite? I guess
there is still one more big show in Feb where new toys could
be unveiled.

>>and their reasons for
shorting were all pretty valid,

Skip, what do you think their reasons were?

Beg to differ......

You are wrong when you state that YOU believe that this "thing"
started right after the earnings release.

In the afternoons of the two days preceeding the earnings release the stock started to be sold.

This fact in HINSIGHT explaines all the consequences up to now. Until Mr. X , stepped in most recently "their" gameplan worked. Right now we have A High Noon situation. If Mr. X steps away the stock is going to fall to below 10. You want to bet?

And please I ask the forum, forget the Patent SMOKE BOMBS which are utilized to draw the attention away from the real issue and that are the flees under the dogs collar.

ED

Although I sold my shares of Radica as soon a Fahn became active in the market and looking to re-enter once the shorting stops, what makes everyone think that this apparent shorting will end soon?

Anyone familiar with Fahn's shorting practices knows that Fahn now controls the stock. For those who do not know, Fahn will prevent the price of an issue from rising on a day when the market is up in general by staying on the ask. Then waiting for a down day to let market conditions move the stock lower.

If good news comes along he will wait until the buying passes then resumes his method. He buys and sells from the ask to control the situation while holding his core short position.

Time is on his side and he is very good at waiting out the individual investor. All the while investors fears start to rise, margin calls start coming in. Selling pressure starts to take a toll.

In my experience things usally get worse before they get better. But eventually the fundamental will win. It just takes time.

I also do not think Radica is in the middle of this consolidation that is about to end. I doubt that Radica has bought any stock back at this point and if they do it is not going to be 5000 here and 10000 there. More then likely you will see very large blocks move and the buy back would be from large holders who want to sell. This would Keep the float from getting to small and have the same effect on EPS as well as help to keep the float from growing and effecting the price with increased supply. These guys are not missing many tricks from what I can tell. I know they are smarter then I am ( not saying much), and will no doubt do what is best for the company. For now I have my doubts that they are buying but just my 2cents.

I still don't think there is some dark side to this price level. The shorts have to be covered at some point, period. The fact that last month shorts (when the price was in high teens) only increased by 3000 shares over the prior month offers some consideration. With the price well below last month it does not make sense that the number of shorts everyone is talking about is the case. Lets short the piss out of this stock now that it has sold down and Q1 is a no brainer record quarter as well as the rest of the year, really, sure, when they start manufacturing out of the new facility revenues and earnings are sure to drop. Should go lower on increased earnings at this level the PE is around 7 or 8 on Q1 earnings, has to sell off from there and it is a long way off to Q1. I'm convinced! Whats wrong with this picture???
