Examples of such Virtuous Victorian Values abound. But few copy even though no royalties are payable and the profits are enormous.

Hong Kong has had world-scale success. So has Singapore. South Korea and Taiwan too. China got the idea after ditching Mao's MADness and is going much better. Switzerland, Iceland, Luxembourg and a few others do very well.

NZ has slid wayyyyy down the goodness scale though remains pre-eminent in a few measures. Same for England which was once the light of the world, near enough for government work anyway, and despite some whining from some such as Maoris who were barbarian cannibals at the time so let's not pay them much heed. We should also ignore foolishness such as the Charge of the Light Brigade during the Crimean war which invasion put paid to one of my great great grandfathers. Now the Yanks aim their tanks at Murmansk in big war games in Norway. Preparing also in Baltic states for a pincer move on Moscow. Supplemented by a Ukrainian incursion to Crimea and up towards Moscow. And Armageddon in Syria is locked and loaded.

The centenary of the end of WWI approaches. 11am on 11th Nov would be a good time to launch the Yank tanks to Murmansk. To show that Lest We Forget was not forgotten with a re-enactment writ large.
