Food for thought. I have my own business that also deals with contract signings and contract closings. I would have to say that when attorney's get involved the littlest deviation and/or uncertainties will cause delays. Although you know the deal is done the "fat lady is not allowed to sing yet". She can warm up but not sing... I think I hear a voice in the background but the microphone isnt turned on yet. Lets wait I am sure its coming otherwise IRA has lost all credibility.
