Hi Tim,

The Brazilian government continually has maintained the TBR pieces will be sold off by July 98. I have read analysts comments who feel this time frame is too aggressive, but they seem determined.

There appears to be a lot of interest in these companies and it has been suggested that they will be bid up considerably. 12 month price targets range from $144 to $180 plus. I believe the 12 month targets are actually as of the sale of TBR. The following appeared in a Brazil newspaper a couple of days ago. I thought I had posted a link to the actual report from Deutsche Morgan Grenfell but in looking back I'm not seeing it.
