Denis,
Thanks for the Intel information. My understanding is that Intel is gearing up to outproduce its rivals. Since AMD is making a heavy commitment to .25 micron processes, I think that means Intel may match or exceed that commitment. Since eyes are looking toward Merced and its .18 micron lines, I think that implies a heavy DUV investment. I'd also appreciate more information from those closer to the scene.
