Mr Harris is the president and CEO of TAC International Investments LLC, a private investment company and chairman of the board and CEO of Town's Edge Properties Inc, a developer of multiple residential and commercial properties. In line with Sungold's policy regarding executive compensation, Mr Harris has been granted an option to purchase up to 300,000 shares at $3.25 by January 13 2000.
