BILL, in the heat of battle when you are about to be burnt alive or have your face crushed by a rock, there isn't time to ask the perp for his ID. Rubber bullets and tear gas might dispel a group of angry students but only bullets will stop a violent invasion force. Are you willing to imbed yourself with the invaders and make sure only the adult bomb and rock throwers get shot?

Agreed with your assessment. And there’s zero chance that this POTUS will let his troops shoot at these ‘asylum’ seekers. He understands optics better than any other politician on the landscape.
