I think it is time to take my lumps and admit that I was *wrong* about the warrant call and managements handling of it. I tried to give management the benefit of the doubt, but I think it is pretty clear now that they did in fact botch the warrant call - and that I gave them too much credit.

There - I said it. I feel so much better now....

Boy - the stock is really taking off on this blockbuster news..... not.

Tom- We can make all kind of assumptions but I agree this kind of split is usually over key policy/stratergy decisions. Remember that Corky agreed to take only monthly options when he came on board ,no salary. He is seeing the stock selling not much above its IPO of $5.0, cant' be too happy about that. Then there is our new board member George Harrison who has seen his 1.0 million shares go from $8.0 million to $5.5 million in three months, can't be too happy. Oh I almost forgot the 800,000 shares given to Mr. Mims who also is on the board and seeing his value drop. Net, Net I can see some of these people being very unhappy and especially if there is a split on how to proceed in future business exspansion vis a vis the use of the $11.4 million raised from the warrant call.

It is improper to speculate on what the true reasons for the change are with out further facts.I can forsee that with Corky having full control versus his advisory post that we will see some aggressive steps taken to restore shareholder value.
